UNION COMMERCE BANK

 Union Commerce Bank was incorporated in 1938 and became part of Huntington Bank in the 1980's. While one of the major banks in Cleveland it was still a locally owned business until taken over by Huntington.  My mom became a customer of Union Commerce when we moved to  Brook Park in 1969. She remained a patron at the same location after it morphed into Huntington in the 80's and continued on for more than years without being given a yardstick.  This folding stick is in unused condition.

 Cleveland Carpet Co. At this time no references can be found; one of the innumerable carpet stores that have graced our streets over the years. Gray Drug had disappeared by 1987, giving a latest date that this stick could have been issued. Great wear and tear on this well used stick.   (Still working out issues with the videos)
                                                                                 YARDSTICKS A more or less complete list of the yardsticks I've collected. Yardsticks are hard to count; if you have six of the same, then you obviously have copies or "doubles" if I go back to my baseball card days. But if you have three different sticks from Grant's Department Stores over half a century then they're counted as different.
